Job Description
Client seeks Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse for contract front/back office assignment for ASAP-November 8 at their Corporate Health clinics in Wyoming & Kentwood, MI. Clinics see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Duties will include greeting and rooming patients, checking them in and out, taking vitals and patient history, handling patient testing including EKG, giving injections and immunizations, drawing blood, answering phones, scanning and filing, and assisting the provider as needed. Hours are Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm and Wednesday & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Tuesdays are at the Wyoming locations, and Wednesdays-Friday are at a sister location in Kentwood which is 4 miles away. Candidate must either be Registered/Certified or have 5+ years of recent clinical experience to qualify for this assignment.
