Job Description
Client seeks Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse for contract front/back office assignment starting September 30-December 20 at their Corporate Health clinic in Danville, IL. Clinic sees ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. MA duties will include checking patients in and out, taking vitals and patient history, handling patient testing, giving injections and immunizations, drawing blood, scheduling appointments, answering phones, scanning and filing, and assisting the provider as needed. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, and Friday 6:00am-12:00pm (client may be able to be flexible on 7pm end times). Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification is preferred.
