Job Description

Client seeking LPN/LVN for a contract assignment in Countryside, IL from September 16 - December 15. Hours are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 8:30am - 7:00pm; Saturday (every 6 weeks), 7:00am - 12:00pm; one late night a week, 10:00am - 7:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a primary care setting to be considered for this assignment.
