Job Description

Specialty: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

Escort and prepare patients in exam room

Take vital signs and obtain medical history

COVID Testing as needed; nasal/mouth swabs

Assist doctor during appointments (e.g. chaperone same sex patients during examination)

Blood draws, logging, audits, flu vaccines, HIV, HCV testing etc within scope of practice

Perform standard diagnostic procedures

Requirements

1-2 years recent experience

Current BLS Certification

Strong phlebotomy skills

LPN Active State License
