Job Description
Are you a dedicated and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a passionate LPN to join our dynamic team in O'Hara Township. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to providing excellent patient care, this role is for you!

- Deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care under supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health
- Administer medications and injections with precision
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily activities
- Change wound dressings and support various procedures
- Collect and process samples for diagnostic testing
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as an LPN
- Active and unrestricted LPN license
- Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
