Job Description

Client seeking LVN/LPN/RN for per diem assignment in Fort Wayne, IN on March 21, 22, 28, 29. Hours are March 21, 7:30am - 2:30pm; March 22, 8:00am - 2:30pm; March 28, 7:30am - 6:00pm; March 29, 8:00am - 3:00pm. Provider will see employees and their families, ages 2+, for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
