Job Description

Client seeking LVN/LPN/RN for contract assignment in Fort Wayne, IN on February 8, 9, 14. Hours are Monday/Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 7:30am - 2:30pm. Provider will see employees and their families, ages 2+, for primary care, acute care, and preventative services. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
