Job Description

Client seeking LVN/LPN/RN for contract assignment in Merrillville, IN from December 4 - January 26. Hours are Monday/Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Tuesday/Wednesday, 7:00am - 4:00pm; all with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 6+ for primary care, acute care, preventative health, phlebotomy, and office coverage. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
