Job Description
Client seeking LVN/LPN/RN for per diem assignment in Avon, OH on October 11 and 12. Hours are Wednesday, 7:00am - 4:00pm; Thursday, 10:00am - 7:00pm. Provider will see ages 2 and up for primary care, preventative services, blood draws, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness services. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience, phlebotomy, and BLS/CPR to be considered for this assignment.
