Job Description
Client seeks LVN/LPN/RN for family practice opportunity in Columbus, IN from December 26 - 29. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Wednesday, 10:00am - 6:00pm; Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm. Provider will see all ages for primary care, acute episodic care, physicals, & minor injuries. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment. Phlebotomy and CPR/BLS preferred.
