- Conduct initial assessments for new clients, ensuring accurate health evolutions and treatment plans.
- Complete initial treatment plans upon admission and monitor patient progress throughout their stay.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Maintain precise documentation of medication administration, including inventory and control.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
- Provide educational support to clients and the team in health related topics such as medication usage and disease prevention
- Trach medical supplies and ensure proper inventory management to meet patient care needs.
- Active and current LPN license in Colorado.
- Preferred experience in residential substance abuse or Mental health care
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain prior to orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communicate care to vulnerable populations
