$20k COMPLETION BONUS - for 520hrs worked/13-week completion ($118,800 TOTAL after 13 weeks
- Specialty: CRNA
- Start Date: 7/1/24
- Contract length: 1/1/25
- Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
- Call: Possible
- Setting: Main OR-17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, and IR)/Surgery Center-4/Physician Office Building-4/ Labor & Delivery-3
- Requirements: NY license preferred, Must live outside 60-mile radius of Facility
- License: NY
- Willing to License?: Yes
- Board Certification: Yes
- Other Support Staff: Supervision is Main OR and surgery centers only. If supervising the ratio is 1:3.
- Procedures/Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few).
- EMR: Paper charting, except for pre and post-op orders in computer.
- Pay Rate: $190/hr plus completion bonus listed above
- Pager Fee: $200
- Callback/ Holiday: $285/hr
