Job Description
CRNA Locum Opportunity – Arizona
Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
- No call, no overtime
- May consider a local provider for consistent part-time coverage
Job Details:
- Patient Volume:
- 3–5 outpatient surgeries/day
- 10–12 endoscopy cases/day
- Patient Population: Adult – Geriatric
- Case Types: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines & heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma
- Care Model: 100% medically directed, care team environment
- OB/Peds: Not required
- EMR System: EPIC
- Practice Setting: Hospital
Travel & Logistics:
- Travel and lodging covered
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- License: Active AZ license (Not accepting unlicensed candidates)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: 1–3 years minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
