Case Mix: Cataracts, Peds ENT(if provider wanted too), Facial Plastics, Adult ENT
Patient Demographic: Adults
Support Staff: Medically Directed, up to 4 CRNAs to 1 MD
EMR System: Epic
Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days
CRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS, MN license and COVID vaccine required
