Cases: General B+B, Minimal OB, Ortho, Neuro/Heads. No Peds.
80% own cases.
Rare Supervision.
Supervision Ratio: 1:3 or 1:4.
14-15 Main OR. 3-4 Endo, 1 IR, 1 EP.
EMR - iProcedures
2-3 month to Privilege
Rate: $190-195/hour
CRNA, NY license, ACLS, BLS required
