CRNA needed in Tampa, FL
12 and 14-hour shifts
Various schedule options available including flexible day, night, and weekend schedules
33 MD/118 CRNA model (1:4 in main OR, 2:1 and 3:1 in other areas like transplant, trauma, cardiac and peds)
Care team model
Case Mix: everything except trauma and transplants
Average daily census: 907
Typically, 70 rooms running at beginning of day (includes surgical suites in OR and out of OR rooms (GI, Cath lab, radiology etc).
4 OB suites (2 dedicated to C-sections)
CRNA, FL license, ACLS, BLS, PALS and Covid vaccine required
