Work Requirements

• Coverage Commitment: Full-time preferred; minimum of two weeks per month required
• Shift Details: 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available; shifts from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• Call Schedule:
  • 12-hour beeper call available on some Saturdays (not required)
  • 8-hour weeknight call
  • Occasional overnight shifts (not required)
• Patient Population: 12+
• Special Procedures: Heart Transplants, ECMO, High Acuity Vascular Procedures, Structural Hearts, and other high-complexity cases
• Skills Required: Must provide a list of procedures the candidate is not comfortable with

Additional Information

• Support Staff: Care Team Model 3:1, 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Licenses Required:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (MN Board of Nursing)
  • Registered Nurse Anesthetist (MN Board of Nursing) - Willing to LIcense
  • ACLS/BLS Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
