Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are seeking a Lead CRNA to manage daily operations at our well-established practice.
Job Description:
- Option of full-time hospital employment or full-time 1099 service agreement
- Manage daily operations, direct CRNA assignments
- Promote open communication and a collaborative and supportive work environment with surgeons and staff
- Provide direction, guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care
- Promote excellent customer service with patients and staff
- Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews
- Opportunities for overtime if desired
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Variety of cases (Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Gynecological surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic surgery, Pain management, Podiatry, Urology)

- At least 2 years' work experience as CRNA is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- At least 2 years' work experience as CRNA - REQUIRED
