Job Description
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details:
- Hours: 6:30 AM - 5 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, 40 hours/week
- Availability: Providers must have full-time availability and minimal time off requests
Work Details:
- Coverage Needed per Month: 40 hours/week, full-time coverage needed
- Patient Population/Age: Adult-Geriatric
- Department Description: Manage complex cases in a care team environment. Experience includes but is not limited to: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma. Will work in a care team model, 100% medically directed. No OB/Peds
- EMR: EPIC
Practice Setting:
- Hospital
Travel Logistics:
- Specific Travel Client Will Pay For: Travel and lodging
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Active AZ license. Not accepting unlicensed candidates at this time.
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
- Minimum Experience Required: 1-3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
