CRNA locum opportunity in Central Missouri.

We are seeking FT locum tenens CRNA coverage to fill in until a permanent hire is made. This is an ongoing need that requires full-time availability and offers the potential to transition from locum to permanent.

Immediate Needs:

• Weekdays: Regular hours: 7 AM - 3 PM. On-call hours: 3 PM - 7 AM
• Weekends: On-call hours: 7 AM - 7 AM

Schedule:

• Weekday call shifts start after scheduled cases (normally 3-5 PM) until 7 AM the next day.
• Weekend call shifts start after scheduled cases on Friday (normally 3-5 PM), with 24-hour call shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend call shift runs from Friday 3 PM until Monday 7 AM.

• CRNAs will cover call and work at multiple locations.
• Call coverage is once per week and one weekend per month.
• FT availability is required, as pt candidates are already in place.

Additional Information:

• Outpatient surgeries occur Monday through Friday (times vary).
• 24/7 call for general surgery and OB.
• No call requirements at outpatient surgery centers.
• EMR: EPIC

Typical Weekly Schedule:

• Monday: General surgeon in OR, general surgeon for endo cases
• Tuesday: OB in OR, general surgeon in OR
• Wednesday: Endo running 2 rooms
• Thursday: 2 rooms for cataracts, 1 room for endo
• Friday: 1 room for general surgery, plus add ons

Procedures:

• General anesthesia, No neuro or cardiac procedures, Epidural (preferred), regional nerve blocks (preferred), Central lines (preferred), MAC

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted MO license
• BC/BE in CRNA
• BLS, ACLS, DEA

Compensation:

• Competitive market rate (based on availability, experience, certifications)
• Malpractice insurance provided
