Responsibilities as the Field Operations Specialist:
- Service Coordination: Conduct service coordination and home visits for the care management team.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support member service deliveries.
- Customer Service: Address common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Team Support: Assist the care management team with ongoing responsibilities and coordination activities.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; BA/BS recommended.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a managed care or home care setting.
- Licensure: Valid NYS driver’s license and the ability to visit members in their homes.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Communication: Strong ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from various stakeholders.
