Job Description
Client seeks Medical Assistant for contract assignment starting ASAP-April 30 at their Corporate Health/Occupational Health clinic in Cedar Rapids, IA. Clinic sees employees for workplace illnesses and injuries. Duties may include greeting and rooming patients, taking vitals and patient history, handling patient testing including drug testing, hearing and vision, giving injections and immunizations, drawing blood, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and assisting the provider as needed. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment. Assignment has temp/perm possibility for the right provider!
