Position: Support Services Manager
Job Description:
Maintain a hygienic and secure environment for patients visitors and hospital personnel.
Oversee an environmental team to ensure all hospital zones are kept clean and disinfected.
Oversee and manage the transport team
Arrange patients’ transportation within the facility in a safe prompt and efficient manner. Qualificaions:
High school diploma or GED
1 yrs of experience as a Team Leader in a role with supervisory responsibilities within a healthcare setting
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills organizational skills.
Computer literacy. Ability to plan implements and evaluates change.
Ability to working independently
Demonstrated ability to read and follow written/verbal direction.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Sensitive to diverse cultures and cultural differences.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced multifaceted position.
Good verbal communication skills.
Good telephone communication skills.
Must be flexible to cover office for vacations.
Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office Products and Allegra.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize numerous tasks and demands.
Excellent interpersonal skills good writing skills as related to minutes.
Excellent Clerical and Organizational Skills including typing data entry
