Locum APP – Primary Care & Occupational Health *118602: Eastern Central, Connecticut
- Start Date – February 1, 2024 – June 30, 2024
- Length of Assignment – 5 months – 4 days per week
- EMR – Epic
- No oncall
- Job Title(s): APP – Occupational Health/Primary Care – Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner
- Patients 13 years and up
- No procedures required
- 16-18 patients per day
- Must be able to do physicals, pre-op appointments, transfer of care, sick visits, AWES and chronic illness management
- Will need to be an independent worker. There is some support staff provider will be on their own.
- Office is open 8-5 can do any 8.5 hours(lunch) in that time is great. Tues and Fri can accommodate a 7-730 start.
- Telehealth Experience – no
