Company Information

Southeast Primary Care Partners was created with the idea that physicians should not have to compromise on the priorities that matter most to their medical practice. As an open collaboration between dedicated and passionate healthcare providers, SPCP gives physicians all the resources they need to keep their practices running smoothly while protecting what makes them unique. Our organization is a primary care outpatient physician group with over 30 locations throughout the state of Georgia. We are also growing into SC, AL, and TN at the moment.

Physician founded and led, SPCP has seen firsthand how critical it is for practices to be able to operate independently, to collaborate openly with colleagues, and to give patients the care and attention they deserve. Their partner practices are focused on expanding access to high-quality patient care and improving the health of the communities they serve.

Company History

Our story began with the founding of North Atlanta Primary Care (NAPC), a multi-site primary care practice founded by Dr. Thomas Bat in 1988. NAPC was founded with the dedication to improving people's health and quality of life in Greater Atlanta Communities. NAPC has proudly served the North Atlanta communities for over 30 years, but has always aspired to bring better health outcomes to as many people as possible. In 2020, Dr. Bat and Eric Lisle worked to form Southeast Primary Care Partners (SPCP), a healthcare management services organization that provides healthcare coordination, leadership, and resources to empower and support the physicians and employees of its partner practices. As more and more practices became partners, Southeast Medical Group (SEMG) was created to encompass the growing team. Southeast Medical Group is a coalition of independent practices focused on primary care medicine. With over 30 practices and physician partners on the team, SEMG and SPCP share a mission: delivering physician-led, value-based medicine to improve better health outcomes for the residents of communities they serve throughout the Southeast.
