Job Description
- Setting: State hospital adult and geriatric inpatient population, may cross cover forensics
- Length of assignment: 3 months with possibility of extension 3-6 months at a time
- Credentialing time frame: 4 weeks, must be available to start immediately upon credentialing
- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, 1 hour lunch, no weekends, no holidays
- Scope: admissions work ups, examinations, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment
- License & Cert: Must have active VA license, DEA, BLS
- Experience: Must have exp working with acute adult inpatients, forensics experience is a plus
- Pay Rate: $95 per hour
